It starts with a discovery call where we learn about your event, goals, and vision. From there we build a custom proposal, lock in a contract, and handle all pre-production planning. On event day, our team captures everything. Post-production includes professional editing, color grading, and sound design — then we deliver your final content through your private client portal.

Turnaround depends on the scope of the project. Highlight reels and social clips are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Full event films and branded content usually take 3–5 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. You'll always know where things stand through your client portal.

Absolutely. Every client is assigned a dedicated producer who serves as your single point of contact from kickoff to delivery. You'll communicate with them directly through your portal — no getting bounced between departments or lost in email chains.

Higher-tier packages add same-day edits, drone coverage, extended crew, and social media cuts. We also build fully custom proposals for larger productions.
